There are seven entities involved in the property registration process: the Seller, Estate Agent, Transferring Attorney, Bond Registration Attorney, Bond Cancellation Attorney, the Registrar of Deeds and you, the Buyer. The transfer, bond and cancellation documents will be lodged at the Deeds Office at the same time, and you can monitor the property registration process through all the stages until you are notified of a successful transfer.
